The Doc
Born in Salisbury, North Carolina, Dr. Ramsey graduated from West Rowan High School in Mt. Ulla. While there, he was a member of the two-time undefeated state championship varsity basketball team. He earned his undergraduate degree (Bachelors of Science in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry) from Johnson C. Smith University. While attending Johnson C. Smith University, Dr. Ramsey enjoyed being a part of the Golden Bulls’ Men Basketball team that won the 2008 CIAA Men’s Championship. He is accustomed to being an intricate part of winning teams.
He continued his education at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery and served as the Student National Dental Association President. In efforts to develop and establish himself as a premier dentist, Dr. Ramsey continues to further his education by completing continuing education courses throughout the year and serve as a contract Dentist for the Dental Assisting program at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. Dr. Ramsey is credentialed by the North Carolina State Board and the Northeast Regional Board of Dentistry.
When not in the office, Dr. Ramsey enjoys traveling, officiating basketball games, dining at new and different restaurants, going to comedy shows and enjoys an occasional “made in the Carolinas” Cheerwine soda. Dr. Ramsey is excited, yet humbled, to return home and intends to become active in the community, to give back to those in need through his oral health expertise and to mentor youth. He treasures a constant reminder from his mother. “Never forget where you came from and those who helped you get there.” He aims to fulfil his mother’s counsel as this statement motivates him to be the best dental provider and mentor he can be to his community.
Making each day count for himself and his patients, Dr. Ramsey will fulfill his personal motto as stated by Mike Ditka: “Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday was history, today is a gift. That’s why we call it the present.”
A Smiling Face
With almost two decades in the Dental/ Orthodontic field, our founder Ebony has gained extensive knowledge on helping patients achieve their dream smiles. Some of her attributes include; Orthodontic assisting, supervising, management, dental consulting and marketing. Ebony most enjoyed training and helping her peers achieve success in their careers. Originally from Apex North Carolina, she is the ultimate cheerleader and her infectious personality is sure to shine thru the darkest of clouds. Ebony is an Army Veteran, whose work ethic, tenacity and love for all God's people is felt immediately upon entering the shop. She prides herself on her dynamic, professional and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure our clients achieve their smile goals. Outside of the office, Ebony continues her commitment to smiles by regularly leading/ volunteering in various local programs focused on empowering and uplifting our community.
